4. Orders & Pricing

All orders placed with us are subject to:

• Acceptance by Online Titanium

• Availability of the requested material or size

• Prices listed on the website or provided via quotation may change without prior notice

Taxes, duties, freight charges, and additional fees (if applicable) are borne by the buyer. A purchase order (PO), advance payment, or written confirmation may be required for order processing.

5. Payments

• We accept various payment methods such as bank transfers, digital payments, and corporate payments.

• All payments must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise approved in writing.

• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly covered under our Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen conditions.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the carrier.

• Any shipping damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

• All titanium materials supplied are sourced from certified mills and come with relevant test certificates (MTC).

• Customers may request additional documentation (e.g., third-party inspection, compliance reports) at an extra cost.

• Any quality-related claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
